CloudPDF is designed around browser-based document work. Supported tools process files in the current browser session, and the app does not require an account before you merge, compress, split, convert, sign, redact, or extract text from PDF files.

Files selected in the workspace are used only for the action you choose. They are not stored in a CloudPDF user account by this static site, and clearing the browser session, refreshing the page, or closing the tab removes the active file selection.

Generated files are created for download in your browser. You should review every output before sharing it, especially after compression, conversion, redaction, repair, or text extraction, because document structure and visual layout can vary across PDF readers.

CloudPDF may use privacy-conscious analytics, performance monitoring, and security tooling to understand aggregate usage, diagnose reliability issues, and improve Core Web Vitals. These services should be configured to avoid collecting document contents.

Do not upload or process files you are not authorized to use. For highly sensitive, regulated, legal, medical, financial, or business-critical documents, evaluate whether a local offline workflow is more appropriate.
